Shipping/'Delivery Policy'  
 
If all items are in stock,we will send out the package in 24 hours,usually you will get the package in 3-10 working days. When you get the tracking number pls check by www.usps.com in 2 working days.

'Refund/Return Policy'  

Please note,All returns and cancellations are subject to a 12% restocking fee , unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship) or not as per your order.

Where the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a replacement/repair at no cost to the customer.
In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.

To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.

Goods must be returned within 8 days of receipt date - unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.

Exchanges  policy

To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged within 8 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer. 

We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. For overseas orders this process can take up to 30 days.

1.How long will it take to receive my order?

On average, it takes 3-7 business days to receive your order.  Some items are shipped earlier.but  Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory Holiday's.

2.Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we currently accept Western Union,Visa and Credit Card Payments, simply 'add to cart' any item and pay with your credit card.

3.Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA)?

Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.

4.What if I don't have a Pay Pal account?

You don't need a Pay Pal account. You can still pay securely with Western Union,Visa and Credit Card Payments.

5.Do I send the payment in first or pay with COD?

We do not accept CODs your order will not be processed until we receive your payment.

6.What does USD stand for?

USD is an abbreviation for United States Dollar, therefore all of our prices are in US dollars.

7. What if I don't receive my order within the promised time period?

PLEASE EMAIL US! We are not here to steal anyones money. Items are usually sent out the next day and don not usually take the full amount of time we promise. Also keep in mind that mail might take a few extra time around any major holidays. If you haven not received your item within 5-10 business days please make sure your e-mail to our customer support team so we can straighten out the issue immediately.

8. Are your Products original?

Yes, our products are all original brands, and they are 100% authentic, all products are made in China, Malaysia and Viet Nam

9.Do you have half sizes or could you put in a custom order for larger/smaller sizes?

Please select the available size, then enter the size you need in the notes section of the checkout process.

10.How do I return an item(All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges except incorrect items or size sent.)?

Please contact us to request a return form. Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to our facilities in an event of a return or an exchange. 

All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer(Between $30-$40).

11.I made a mistake on my order, how do I change it?

Please email us with your order number so we can adjust your order. Send all emails to onfootshoes@gmail.com before we shipped out.

12.What if my order product is out of stock or my size is not in stock?

If your order products are out of stock we will email you to pick any goods. If your size is not in stock usoutletshop will automatically send you a half size bigger, but we will never send you half size smaller 

13.Do you have a phone number I can call?

For phone orders, please use our contact form and choose the Phone Order option. One of our sales agents will call you back within 24 hours to take an order over the phone.
